The interactive Tragon QDA™ software is a customized module within the statistical and graphical data analysis environment S-PLUS®. Utilizing the S-PLUS®  modeling capabilities, the software performs standard Tragon QDA™ analyses such as analysis of variance, discriminant analysis, factor analysis, correlations and various mean separation tests. It also generates interactive plots for direct color printing, spider plots, mean separation plots, discriminant axes plots, discriminant loading plots, pairs plots and brush and spin plots. Proprietary norms are utilized for measuring Tragon QDA™ panel performance and product differences.

Available for sale and as a component in Tragon's integrated service, the software is easy to use with a menu-driven point and click format. It is compatible with files created by most data capture systems; raw data can be easily imported into the program. Dialog boxes allow the flexibility to choose statistical parameters for the analysis and all subsequent reports and graphs. Numerical and graphical tools make it possible to efficiently monitor panel performance and generate clear visual displays of product similarities and differences.
