As with all evaluation methods, focus groups and interviews owe their success in large
part to the quality of the respondents and the expertise of the facilitator or interviewer.
At Tragon, we have spent more than 30 years honing our evaluation techniques to achieve actionable assessments of consumer preference.
We provide test subject recruiting from an extensive database of demographically diverse populations and specialized panels. Focus groups and one-on-one interviews are conducted in our qualitative suites in the San Francisco and Chicago suburban areas, which feature advanced monitoring design and equipment, flexible room arrangement and tiered viewing rooms.
In addition, the San Francisco area suite includes a separate client room with closed circuit viewing. The Chicago area facility also features one-way mirror viewing of the test kitchen as well as the respondent room.
